Dedrick Garcia was reportedly speeding when police escalated a chase until he stopped, turned his lights off and locked himself in the car. It is unknown how many patrol cars were involved in the chase. Officers tried to force him out of the car, then claimed he had a weapon and officers finally fired unknown projectiles inside the car and finally also shot their guns. A heavily edited and narrated BWC was released by police and is enclosed below.
