Aaron Martinka had a warrant for probation violation. Police found his vehicle near Grant Road and Park Avenue and he reportedly fled as they tried to arrest him. Militarized SWAT officers tried to stop the vehicle and they escalated a chase that ended when Martinka crashed into a car near Campbell and Grant Avenue.Police allege that a shootout occurred after he pulled out a handgun. He was shot and killed by officers Bradley Kush, Adam Smith and Joe Buck. A woman in his car suffered injuries as well.
