Marion Police allege that Zachary Harter was involved in a physical fight when they appeared and fled in his vehicle. Police escalated an allegedly short chase which was enough to cause him to crash into a vehicle, a pole, tree and die. Four other people who were passengers in both vehicles were taken to the hospital.
