Jason A. Burk had allegedly stolen a vehicle at gunpoint and was driving when KCK Police, Kansas Highway patrol and the Mission PD began chasing him. Highway Patrol performed a PIT maneuver and the car spun out. Burk reportedly emerged from the vehicle shooting at police. Police shot and killed him.
