Rey David Martinez was fatally shot by Phoenix police around 11:30 a.m. after a woman reported him jumping into her backyard while she was feeding livestock. The incident occurred near 3rd Street and Clarendon Avenue. Officers arrived, surrounded an alley, and confronted Martinez, who allegedly ignored commands and pointed a replica handgun at them. The driver of the pickup, 60-year-old Ronda Arndt, and her husband, 51-year-old Shawn Arndt, both of Constantine, were pronounced dead at the scene. The fleeing driver sustained injuries.

On November 4, 2024, at approximately 1:20 p.m., a shooting incident occurred off Highway 18 near the Madison County line in Hardeman County. Bryson E. Kirk, 20, fled the scene of the shooting, driving a vehicle with two women and an infant. After a pursuit, Kirk shot at a Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) trooper, prompting the trooper to return fire. The vehicle then crashed just south of Highway 100. Kirk was pronounced dead at the scene. The two women and the infant were transported to local hospitals for treatment. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) is examining the circumstances of the shooting, including whether Kirk died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound or was struck by law enforcement fire. The investigation is ongoing.

Desirae Eagle, 27, was found attempting suicide at the Bexar County Jail. Deputies discovered her during a routine check on October 27, 2024. She was responsive initially but was later transported to University Hospital, where she was placed on life support before passing away on November 3, 2024. Eagle had been incarcerated since June 2024 on charges of assault causing bodily injury and harassment of a public servant. Her death is being investigated by Bexar County’s Precinct 2 Constable's Office under the Sandra Bland Act protocols. This is the 11th inmate death at Bexar County Jail in 2024. On October 28, 2024, at approximately 11:30 p.m., police began pursuing 16-year-old Cortez McConer Jr. after he fled on foot following a traffic stop. He had been a passenger in a car police investigated as possibly stolen. According to the record, the Grand Rapids Police Department officers chased him on foot through a wooded area near Courtland Drive and Kies Street in Rockford, Michigan for several miles into a body of water, which authorities later confirmed was a secluded area south of downtown Rockford. Police alleged that they could not find him.

On 11/02/2024, search crews discovered McConer's body in a heavily wooded area near the water. The Kent County Medical Examiner's Office ruled the cause of death as accidental drowning.

After officers forced entry, Rolfes allegedly confronted them with a knife, which led to the use of a taser. Reports indicate that Rolfes then allegedly stabbed an officer during the struggle, prompting officers to use their firearms, killing him.
