Police chased a woman with six passengers, 4 of whom were children, across 2 states at high speed. Police placed spike strips, causing the vehicle to lose control and crash into 2 other vehicles. An 11-year-old girl passenger was ejected and died as the vehicle burst into flames. Four other children were critically injured including two 5-month-olds.
