OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Columbus PD were sent to a mental health crisis call where they found Rafel Warfield to be suicidal. Police got into a shootout with him and he was killed. Police initially said he had committed suicide, then retracted the statement. It is unclear at this time whether he was killed directly by police or committed suicide under police duress.
