Jeffrey Roberts was involved in some type of fight with his brother and drove from Long Beach, CA for 12 hours to Ogden, Utah and shot and killed his brother when he opened the door. Police shot and killed Jeffrey Roberts. Roberts started burning down his brother’s house with road flares when police arrived. He shot at police and was shot and killed.
