OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Lubbock PD received a report that someone had been robbed with a shotgun and that the man had stolen some property and driven away in a black pickup truck. The robbery victim gave police the license number and the truck was located still in the area. Lubbock PD chased him through South Loop 289. He shot himself with the shotgun during the chase and died from suicide under police duress.
