Ainsley Popwell Jr., 34, of Ellenwood, was seen loading a gun near 205 Moreland Avenue at a gas station. Police arrived, ordered him to drop it. He fired a shot toward police and tried to get to the cash register of the gas station. Multiple officers opened fire and killed him.
