Pennsylvania State Police began chasing a Ford Taurus because a retail shoplifting at a Lulemon store had been reported. Police chased the vehicle at high speed until the vehicle crashed and the driver and 1 passengers died. One of them was a pregnant teenage girl. Pursuit laws vary from state to state but generally, shoplifting is not considered an emergency that warrants risking multiple fatalities in pursuit.
