Pasadena Police saw a vehicle parked facing in the wrong direction and took this as opportunity to try to traffic-stop the driver. The driver drove away when police approached and Pasadena PD escalated a chase. He crashed into a car and a home and fled on foot. Police unleashed K9s on him shot and killed him, alleging that he had produced a gun. No BWC available so far.
