During an incident, a security guard at a business was shot and killed by someone. Doral officers shot and killed the shooter. Seven people were injured in the police shootout. Wood’s girlfriend went public with the statement that the security guard had fired first and that Wood, a legal gun owner, was acting in self-defense.
