Police were chasing 3 teens and said a 14-year-old passenger and 15-year-old driver got in a stolen gray SUV, blew through a red light at 71st, and continued north. Police escalated a chase and the teens slammed into the side of another vehicle that was turning left at 68th and Memorial. A 22-year passenger of the other vehicle died and the 21-year-old driver went to the hospital in critical condition.

On June 4, 2033, at approximately 8:00 p.m., the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Emergency Center received a 911 call about a man with a knife behaving erratically inside Walmart on Burgess Road. Police arrived andallege that Brandon S. Mills charged toward them. A Rockingham County Sheriff’s deputy shot and killed him.

Nicholas Lendrum arrived at the hotel on 2600 block of Zuni Street at the Quality Inn near North Speer Boulevard and Interstate 25. A police officer was parked outside of the hotel "conducting extra patrol" when Lendrum walked past his vehicle and into the hotel, according to Chief Ron Thomas and a DPD spokesperson. He back out moments later, "drew his weapon and fired shots through the passenger side" of the officer's patrol car. The officer was hit in his bullet proof vest. He shot and killed Lendrum.

Spokane County deputies were looking for Bjorn Manycolors with an arrest warrant. Police allege that he produced a gun and fled on foot. Deputies Brent Miller and Matthew Pearson shot and killed him.

Stockton Police Department got a 911 call at 7:48 p.m. on 06/04/2023 saying a man with a handgun was trying to stop their vehicle near Sturgeon Road and Mariners Drive. Minutes later, at 7:51 p.m., another caller told officers that they saw the man running at vehicles in the roadway, also witnessing him point a handgun at a vehicle.
Police found a person who matched their person description, the man removed what appeared to be a handgun from his waistband, dropped it on the ground and briefly raised his hands above his head. The man reached down again, grabbed the handgun, then ran and pointed the handgun at officers. Police shot and killed him.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol started chasinga man in Talihina city limits around 1 a.m. Sunday after he drove through a stop sign on Williams Ave and Highway 63. Police claim that he drove into a barbed wire fence and his truck fell for about 75 feet through "heavy brush" before it hit a large tree, killing him.

Police say 18-year-old Anthony Allegrini Jr. was on I-95 during a car meet-up where vehicles were doing doughnuts and burnouts in the middle of the highway in the early morning hours of June 4.Pennsylvania State Police arrived on a stretch of highway to disperse the gathering when they spotted Allegrini's Audi S4 parked on the shoulder of the highway. When state troopers approached the vehicle, investigators claim Allegrini Jr. tried to get unstuck from being boxed in and hit two patrol cars. Troopers shot and killed him through the windshield.

On Sunday June 4, 2023, at 8:56 p.m., the San Diego PD received a radio call of a disturbance involving a male with what was believed to be a firearm on the trolley traveling south towards the San Ysidro Trolley Station. Jeffrey Reeder was shot Sunday night by Benton County deputy Elias after he attempted to carjack a person near the Columbia Center Mall in Kennewickjust after 8:30 p.m. on 06/04/2023.On Columbia Center Boulevard, they crashed the car onto the lawn of the Bank of America near Quinault Avenue near the mall. The driver then got out of the car and began running towards the mall with a gun in their hand, tried to carjack another vehicle. Police shot and killed him.
This was the second killing for Officer Elias Perez. He had killed Ryan Kauffman in August 2021.

He approached her and she provided him with a false name. The deputy initiated a traffic stop on the woman who was a passenger in a vehicle in on the entrance ramp to I-90 East. The woman fled on foot and the officer began chasing. The deputy alleged that she assaulted him and then ran back to her vehicle and took off at a fast speed. The deputy escalated a chase which reached 100 mph and continued until she rolled the vehicle at the Route 11 exit. She was ejected and died.

Samuel Williams was riding his dirt bike when NYPD escalated a chase. Police say Williams’ bike was unregistered, and they claim that he was driving recklessly when he collided with an unmarked cruiser on the University Heights Bridge. It turned out that the cruiser crossed over into oncoming traffic to deliberately hit him. He died. “An officer took it upon himself to cross over the yellow line, into oncoming traffic,” said Jamie Santana, attorney for Williams’ family. “You are going to cause significant injury, if not death, and unfortunately that’s exactly what happened in this case.”

Around 7:06 p.m. on 06/01/2023, a Brentwood officer was patrolling the area of Sand Creek Road and O’Hara Avenue when he saw a Chrysler 300 that did not stop for a red light. The officer conducted a traffic stop, but the driver did not stop. The officer then escalated a chase during which the car left the roadway a few blocks away, striking the north curb of Sand Creek Road and came to rest on Rosalinda Court. Ryan Alphonso Young died.

The male retrieved one of the children and retreated into the home. Deputies forcibly entered the home and found him holding a knife to the child. Police shot and killed him. Bradley Gillespie, 50, was reported missing May 23 from the Allen Oakwood Correctional Institution in Lima along with another man who authorities said escaped alongside him. The other man, James Lee, 47, was caught the next day in Henderson, Kentucky, after a police chase of a stolen car the men were in ended in a crash and a foot chase. Gillespie was not found but his body was seen the next day in the Ohio River, not far from the area where he was last seen.No officers were charged.

Long Beach PD responded to the 2100 block of Williams St just before 10 a.m. Wednesday 05/31/2023 for reports of gunfire,found evidence of a shooting and believed the personlocked himself inside a nearby building. Officers surrounded the area and the building was evacuated and/or residents were told to shelter in place. Several hours later, police state the person had committed suicide under police duress.
