Arnold Azamar, a 51-year-old man visiting a female relative at an assisted living facility, was asked to leave by staff member William Whitehead. He shot and killed Whitehead when being escorted out of the building. Delaware State Police arrived and shot and killed him. The staff member is not added to this database as his death occurred prior to police involvement.
