OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Just after 12:30 a.m. near Sidentop Road and Technology Drive, officers conducted a traffic stop with a car when someone inside the car got out and tried to run. Police were able to apprehend the man but he then started resisting arrest and allegedly pulled out a gun. One of the officers shot and killed him.
