The Ozark CountySheriff’s Office received a 911 call of a trespassing in Baxter County at a residence on State Highway 201 North. Minutes later, the sheriff’s office received a second call about a loud disturbance at the same residence with people shouting and arguing.
Baxter County deputies arrived on the scene at approximately 10:10 a.m. and saw a man leaving on a motorcycle. The motorcycle traveled down Baxter County Road 35, and the deputies escalated a chase. The motorcycle and one of the deputy’s vehicles collided. The motorcyclist died.
