Arkansas Police allege that Clark was driving recklessly on the highway when they fatally attacked him with a PIT maneuver. He crashed and died. He had been driving 120 mph when police escalated the chase. PIT maneuvers are considered life-threatening above 35 mph and it is unknown why police chased him and made the decision to use this fatal attack when he did not stop.
