Sacramento PD chased a stolen Tesla through the city into the turf of Sacramento Sheriff’s Office where deputies joined the hunt. The chase was escalated to high speeds until the Tesla slammed into a minivan of a third-party motorist. Two people had to be extricated from the van. One of them died. One third-party person in the Tesla died also.
