Police arrived at the home of Jaiquavious Williams to arrest him for a prior offense of pointing a gun at someone. He fled and police escalated a chase, placed stop sticks, whereupon the vehicle went airborne, hit a fence, rolled on top of other cars and caught on fire. Williams was killed.
