Off-duty DeKalb PD officer James Correlejo, 25, was intoxicated and caused a crash which killed the other motorist. Officer Correlejo was arrested for reckless homicide and aggravated driving while drunk. While Graciela Reza-Contreras died, 3 other people from the vehicle that was hit were also sent to the hospital with injuries. Officer Correlejo remains in jail now, 3 days after the crash. The family has started a GoFundMe linked below to help transfer her to her native Maxico and bury her near family.
