DPS states that a vehicle was seen possibly speeding and displaying what troopers called “fake license plates.” A chase was escalated that ended when the vehicle crashed into a cement barrier. Three of the occupants died with a fourth person dying later from injuries and 2 others were admitted to hospitals in unknown condition.
