Cedar Rapids officers tried to stop a black Chevy Tahoe for traffic violations on 33rd Avenue Southwest. They said the driver, Jamie Hill, didn’t stop. Cedar Rapids PD escalated a chase onto I-380 southbound when Hill took the Highway 30 West exit ramp, lost control and rolled the vehicle several times. He died at the scene.
