Cleveland Division of Police ran an unannounced and unpermitted chase of Michael Yearout for not stopping on command and hunted him until he crashed into a semi and died. He had committed no crimes. The chase was unauthorized. Yearout had apparently tried to make a left turn, realized it was not permitted and corrected himself. An officer saw this and began hunting him. The father of six was on his way to work when chased into a fatal crash by police.
