The baby suffered severe bruising, 2 broken leg bones, face, head and left foot injury and showed evidence of sexual violence. Officer Cugini blames a rash, a fall and the family dog for the injuries that occurred when he was alone with the baby. The case came to light when the daycare center contacted authorities when the baby was dropped off with extensive injuries.
