Sacramento PD tried to traffic-stop a vehicle that kept driving. Police escalated a chase up to 115 mph until the vehicle crashed into a tree, killing Giovanni Elvis Umanzor Sanchez and his passenger. The reason for the chase was allegedly a traffic code violation.
