Virginia Morris was a disabled USMC veteran who was reported to have fired shots outside of her home. She had made several social media posts complaining about a previous police encounter involving trespassers during which she was not believed and predicted that Lincoln County police would kill her. She may have been intoxicated and seemed to be, triggered by PTSD when she fired shots. Lincoln county deputies arrived and killed her.
