During a traffic stop in Cleveland County, OK, Kameron Jenkins allegedly shot a deputy in the face. Gwaun Frierson, a construction worker nearby, was shot and killed by a stray bullet. Alan Weber was known to be a skilled elite fencer and it is not known whether an incident occurred or he was in his common fencing gear and misunderstood by a neighbor and shot upon sight by police as the narrative suggests. Weber was an owner and head coach at Elevate Fencing Club and was a five-time US national team member and Olympic alternate, according to the Rockland Fencers Club Facebook page. He won a medal for the United States at the Pan American Games in 1995.

A deputy pulled over a vehicle and found out the driver did not have a license. The deputy tried to take the person to the patrol car and the person resisted. The deputy became physical and tried to arrest them by force. Both landed on the ground, wrestling over an attempted arrest. The deputy claims the person “reached for their waistband” and the deputy shot and killed them. Of course, a gun was found next to the dead body. Black Mountain PD allegedly attempted a traffic stop on a man with an unknown previous criminal history who fled, crashed into the side of a motel and locked himself into the motel with a gun. About 35 officers from Black Mountain PD, Montreat PD, Asheville PD and the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office responded to the motel according to Black Mountain PD Chief Parker. After a SWAT siege for an unknown length of time, the man allegedly fired a shot in an unknown direction and a second shot, killing himself under police duress.

Nye County deputies were dispatched to a home where a family argument was underway. John Beaudoin who was not allowed to have a gun allegedly had one and police were called. Deputies arrived and claim that he pointed a gun. Police escalated a standoff.
“I’m on Bunarch Road and Deputy Meyers said that he’s going to come and get me. But to tell you the truth, I’m going to kill myself before I go outside,” Beaudoin reportedly told dispatchers before he again threatened suicide. “I’m John Beaudoin, I didn’t do nothing wrong, but I’m going to kill myself before I go outside. I’m not going to jail again. You guys can have all of the s**t that I got. I don’t care no more.”
Numerous beanbag rounds were fired with 3 hitting him. He fled into the house once the impact munitions struck him. Throughout, he was described as distressed, holding a gun to his head while under police assault.
Police claim that he raised his weapon at deputies but it is unclear how deputies saw that unless they invaded the home. Deputy Huggins fired 4 shots into his torso, deliberately killing him.

Joshua Kersey was intoxicated and took his sister’s car keys. Worried, she called police to try to get him to surrender the car keys and not drive drunk. Police arrived and the situation escalated rapidly. The intoxicated Kersey forced a family member into a bedroom and locked himself in. Police forcibly entered, allege that he held a knife and shot and killed him. Only the police narrative exists at this point. Sarasota County deputies escalated a chase against a driver for unknown reasons. The driver did not stop and the deputy attacked the vehicle with a PIT maneuver. The deputy alleged that somehow, in the process, the driver tried to ram her patrol vehicle and she shot and killed him. So far, no eyewitnesses or objective evidence have been located to compare to the official police narrative. It is unclear whether the “ramming” was connected to losing control during a PIT maneuver or a true attempt to drive toward the officer. No dashcam video for verification is available.
