George then donned body armor and an assault rifle, and left the residence in a vehicle. A Wasilla police officer initiated a traffic stop on George's vehicle a short distance away, but George fled, leading to a pursuit. At the intersection of Knik Goose Bay Road and Settlers Bay Drive, George exited his vehicle and fired the assault rifle at the marked Wasilla police car. The Wasilla police officer returned fire, striking George, who was declared deceased at the scene. The Alaska Bureau of Investigation has assumed case responsibility, and the incident will be independently reviewed by the Alaska Office of Special Prosecutions.

This incident concluded a nearly three-day manhunt that began after Lucrisia allegedly shot and injured a police officer on March 14, 2025.

After the discovery of Rogers' body, he ceased communication with law enforcement. On 03/16/2025, Concordia Parish deputies, narcotics task force agents, and Vidalia police officers arrived at Thompson’s residence in Clayton, Louisiana, to execute an arrest warrant. As officers attempted entry, Thompson shot himself. He was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

On 03/11/2025, at approximately 12:20 p.m., Pleasant Grove police officers attempted to stop a vehicle driven by 67-year-old Ronald Morton on Ensley Pleasant Grove Road. Morton did not stop. Officers escalated a high-speed chase. During the pursuit, Morton collided head-on with another vehicle. Morton was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

On March 10, 2025, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Gregg County Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of motorcycles racing near FM 2906 and State Highway 149 in Longview, Texas. Deputies located the motorcyclists, including 18-year-old Jaden Alexander Ferguson of Kilgore, and attempted a traffic stop at FM 349 and State Highway 322. Ferguson fled, leading deputies on a pursuit. The chase concluded at Dudley Road and County Road 188 when Ferguson failed to negotiate a turn, causing him to collide with a barbed wire fence and sustain a severe neck injury. Ferguson was pronounced dead at the crash site.

A woman reported that a man with a knife had left the home before officers arrived. Officers searched the area and located him near the intersection of George Merrelli Drive and Lorna Avenue. Police stated that during the encounter, the man brandished an icepick. Officers opened fire, striking him. He was transported to a hospital by the Warren Fire Department, where he was pronounced dead. The investigation is ongoing.

Both victims were airlifted to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in critical but stable condition. After the shooting, he barricaded himself inside his home, leading to a two-and-a-half-hour standoff with the Berkeley Township Police Department's SWAT team. When officers forced entry, they found him dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in an upstairs bedroom. A pressure cooker located near him was determined not to be an explosive device. Neighbors reported he had longstanding conflicts with the victims.

The chase continued until Hart lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the walkway cover of the First Baptist Church Hallsville, located at 201 N Central Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

On March 10, 2025, at approximately 11:50 a.m., Kentucky State Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Jermaine Terrell Jackson Jr., 21, near mile marker 42 on Interstate 24. Jackson did not stop, prompting a high-speed chase that continued into Trigg County and ended when Jackson crashed his vehicle near mile marker 65, close to the Cadiz exit.After the crash, he exited the vehicle and ran, firing toward officers and striking a Trigg County deputy. Three deputies returned fire, killing Jackson at the scene. The injured deputy was transported to a hospital and was reported to be in stable condition.
