Officers from both District Heights and Capitol Heights police departments later spotted the Infiniti and attempted another stop. Moments later, the Infiniti collided with four vehicles in the 1200 block of Addison Road South. Three-year-old Zoey Rose Marie Harrison, a passenger in one of the struck vehicles, was transported to a hospital where she was pronounced dead. Her mother sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
