Brianna Evans, a 25-year-old female from Fayetteville, was found unresponsive in her cell at the Washington County Detention Center on November 24, 2024. She was alone in her cell when deputies discovered her. There were no obvious signs of the cause of death, and her body has been sent to the Arkansas State Medical Examiner's Office in Little Rock for further examination. The Arkansas State Police have been contacted to investigate the death, following standard procedures of the Sheriff's Office. She had been in jail her second day when she died and it is unknown. Why is 25-year-old woman or suddenly found dead in jail.
